Service Description
HOT TAKE - utilizes the powerful and information overload "Celtic Cross Spread", to provide an intimate look at intricacies, underlying factors and divinely guided spiritual direction, all towards ONE specific question. It is not meant to definitively answer the question for you (unless one path is overtly dangerous), but instead to share important information with you, so that you can decide for yourself in confidence and strength. Your "HOT TAKE (Audio Reading)" is fully personalized to you, using your date of birth for energy attachment. The audio reading is recorded (approximately 5-7 minutes in length) and the file is emailed to the address you provide, within 48 hours from the date booked. "Five-minute session duration" is only to reserve time on the calendar and not a guarantee of how long your Reading will be. Please include date of birth, question for the Reading and some context in the comments when booking!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, refunds and returns are not accepted, but the rescheduling policy is robust and easy. Simply email scottsagent@email.com to reschedule. No reason is needed and any available timeslot on the calendar can be switched to. Please note, only one reschedule is permitted and the date/time of the appointment once chosen, becomes firm. It is encouraged that clients be prompt for their Reading and to solve any technical or software issues prior to the start time. Due to time and business restrictions, Scott Sagent will wait up to, but no longer than 10 minutes for clients to show up to any live Reading. If for any reason Scott Sagent is late, this time will be added onto your Reading, so the client receives no loss of value. If a no show occurs during the initial schedule, one courtesy reschedule will be offered. Failure to appear to the rescheduled appointment constitutes as a forfeit of service, at which point the service/sales cycle is closed.
