It is operating mostly in the future out to a 1-year window and aims to answer questions that begin with the word- "WHEN".. When should I plan this vacation? When should I look for a new job? When should I buy a new car? Etc, etc... (The possibilities are endless). Questions may be submitted or kept private. I believe that more details you provide the more detail you get back, because then there is context to attach to, which helps to better translate the read. But that is optional. Telling Time is designed to be easy & convenient, and this product is delivered (emailed) within 48 hours (often within 24h) from the date booked, in a 3-5 minute m4a audio file that plays on most updated devices. If it will not play for you, a text version may be requested at no additional charge. Your physical (or video) presence is not required, but your name and date of birth are. [Note: the 15-minute notation is for reserving that block of time, not for the final product. It is suggested to schedule it as early as is available, as that will start the clock on the 48-hour delivery time. Unlike other products that have time restrictions, the "Telling Time Reading" can be booked anytime. Although rare, sometimes Spirit will not answer 'year-block' questions directly in this format. For example, if you ask, "when will I get a raise at work?" If Spirit thinks the probability of you getting a raise within a year from now is almost zero, this question WILL get answered, but indirectly, by a non-response. Refunds are not offered for Telling Time if this occurs, as the service will already be fulfilled from the tarot work end, so please choose your questions and wordings carefully.

Cancellations are not offered, but Rescheduling is easy! We know life comes at you fast. Just give us notice, at least 1 day prior to your appointment, and we're happy to reschedule you to any other available time block.
